Facility Overview
- Size: 23,500 sq. ft. of combined fabrication and office space.
- In-House Capabilities: Comprehensive manufacturing processes, including welding, bending, punching, shearing, and painting, all under one roof.
- Strategic Location: Positioned to serve North America and Europe efficiently, with a robust dealer network for quick distribution.
Top of the Line Equipment
Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology to handle a wide range of projects:
- Welding: SMAW, FCAW, GMAW. We are equipped with: Auto-weld Automation Carriage - Rigid Track with a Lincoln POWER WAVE Welding machine.
- Laser Cutting: High-quality metal cutting capabilities using a Bystronic 6kW Fiber Laser (ByCut Smart 3015).
- Bending: Up to 260 tons of pressure for precision shaping.
- Shearing: Capable of cutting materials up to 3/8" thick and 10' in length.
- Punching: High-capacity presses up to 150 tons for precise perforations.
- Painting: Advanced powder coating and spray painting with a 260 sq. ft. oven for durable finishes.
- Additional Features: Radial arm drilling, flame cutting up to 4" thick, and automated sawing for consistent results.
