MTN Equipment Client Testimonials

  • Peter Asquini - Upper Canada Snowmobile Region

Riverside Snowmobile Club is currently operating two 18-09 drags plus a 6-04 mini drag. All of the equipment has operated to our entire satisfaction. The light bars on the 18-09 drags are excellent and well above the competition. The quality of the groomed trail is excellent, and the units are very well built and are reliable. Replacement parts are readily available when required.  The club also purchased a set of tracks in 2010 for our 2004 BR180. The belting is strong and shows minimal wear and tear. The cleats and tire guides are of excellent quality and have high resistance to wear/breakage. The team at MTN Equipment understands the importance of responding to our needs in a timely manner given our short season. Phone calls are always returned promptly and they are very helpful in resolving issues or problems. We would highly recommend MTN Equipment for all your trail grooming needs.

  • Andy Baillargeon - HANS HALL USA

We've been working with MTN Equipment for the past 12 years as a dealer of steel snowcat track parts. Our customers rave about the durability of these steel products, while I enjoy the high-end service and great pricing which I can pass to the customers. Charles and Claude never let any issues go unresolved which is why we will continue to to use MTN steel products.

  • Twin Mountain Snowmobile Club

TMSC would like to say we were not only pleased but also surprised as to how well the drag did work for our trails. We may have done a few extra passes on some trails but “ALL” trails have been smooth and as hard as they have ever been in previous years. The cold weather and more snow certainly helped but we are very satisfied with the job the drag and Trooper have done. Charles and Claude at MTN have been very helpful with any questions or extra help we may have needed to make the drag do such a great job. They answered all of our needs and we are still talking on a couple of other small improvements that we hope to demo for them to enable the drag to be even easier to obtain the perfect trail. The Trooper handles this drag with ease and has proved to be very economical on fuel compared to the heavier groomer we have had in the past.

  • Ed O'Neil - Beaver Cove Trail Groomer

Overall, I am quite pleased with the solution that you have provided... excellent quality work!

  • Peter Haldimand - Hibou Blanc Snowmobile Club

We are very pleased with the quality of the supplies, your services and the prices of MTN Equipment Inc.

  • West Rome Riders Snowmobile Club

Our Club purchased the MTN 10x18 snow drag from Charles at MTN in 2004 and has been completely satisfied with the smooth trails that it leaves behind our PB Trail Bully. This drag carries more snow inside the unit, making filling those moguls/holes an easy task. After 2 seasons of "marginal snow conditions" at times, there is no noticeable wear on the cutting edges. Having the rear wheels inside the drag makes crossing roads easier. The operator only has to drop the wheels and leave the front blade setting where it is at so that the trails are evenly groomed on both sides of the road.

  • Doug Wilson - Northern New Englang Snowmobile Club

I'm in charge of grooming for our northern New England snowmobile club and when I started shopping around for a new drag, I discovered that MTN SNOW EQUIPMENT had not only some really appealing equipment but some really appealing prices. It was also important to us that whomever we bought from had a complete, readily accessible parts inventory--we can't afford to miss a single snowfall in our climate. We went ahead and purchased a drag and have been truly impressed by how user-friendly, effortless and economic it is. It trails like a cloud and does a superb job.

  • Scott Clements - Newburgh Country Side Riders Snowmobile Club

We are a small club in central Maine, with forty-one miles of narrow, winding trails. We have two Scandic super wide tracks, two Alpines and several types of drag units from different manufacturers. Last season our club purchased one of your M- series, 4x8 trail grooming drags. As with most small drags, one type of unit will not handle the vastly changing conditions of our region. Yours does! It has features normally found on larger grooming drags that the others don't. It handles thin snow cover or very deep cover, icy conditions or fluffy powder just like the bigger rigs. We are so pleased with this drag that we intend to purchase two more this season. I have been active in snowmobiling and trail maintenance since 1971. In that time I have had exposure to numerous types of trail grooming devices. I know that many clubs have similar problems with small drags that we do. I would and have recommended your M-series to them. It is far more drag, for less money than your closest competitors.
